I love working alongside this long-established team within the chiropractic and radiology community.

Qualifying in sports massage in 2018, I have passionately developed and progressed to level 5 sports massage therapist. I saw a need for deeper involvement with some patients fuelling my additional qualifications in Lymphatic Drainage Massage (2021), Myofascial Dry Cupping Massage (2020), Pregnancy Massage (2023), Kinesiology Taping (2020) and Hot Stone Sports Massage (2022). I have worked with rugby and football clubs also in osteopathic clinics since I qualified resulting in seeing lots of injuries.

I enjoy being a part of a client’s healing process, working as a team to get the best results possible. Massage, I believe, is one of the key components to a healthy body. I always say “what’s 30 minutes out of your day to reset your muscles”.
