We’re proud to announce that Cliffs has been awarded the Clinic Management Quality Mark (CMQM) 2016 – 18. Melanie received the award from Mark Gurden of the Royal College of Chiropractors on behalf of Cliffs at the end of January.

Melanie says, “Achieving the College’s Quality Marks is part of our constant striving for the highest professional standards so patients can be sure in the knowledge they are safe and are treated with the optimum level of care. This has to be reflected throughout the whole team not just the chiropractors. It is this desire to constantly improve and innovate within a warm and friendly environment that has allowed us to achieve a massive 96% of patients rating the clinic staff as very good to excellent in our recent patient satisfaction survey. The whole Cliffs Team would like to thank all our patients for entrusting their health to us. We couldn’t do it without you!”
The Royal College of Chiropractors, which promotes professional excellence launched the Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM) in 2008/9.
The CMQM recognises excellence in terms of operating within a structured and managed clinical environment. Applicants must demonstrate excellence in a range of areas including: clinical audit, risk management, incident reporting, outcome measurement, patient satisfaction, emergency procedures and operational policy.
