The team at the Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic are proudly displaying their PPQM award from The Royal College of Chiropractors. Melanie Cutting attended the award ceremony in London on the 28th January and received the award from the Chair of the Royal College’s Lay Partnership Group, Mr Hew Helps.
Melanie, who accepted the award on behalf of the Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic, said:
“This is the second time we have been awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark which recognises this clinic’s commitment to meeting the expectations our patients have when they visit us for advice and treatment. Our aim is to continually improve our levels of service and we always welcome feedback from our patients to help us achieve this. I am accepting this award on behalf of all the team at the Cliffs Chiropractic Clinic, every single staff member has been committed to excellence in patient care in order that we can achieve this.”
The PPQM is awarded to chiropractic clinics that demonstrate excellence in meeting patient expectations in a range of areas including accessibility, cleanliness and safety and patient communication. The decision to award the PPQM is made by a panel of patients and public who form the Royal College of Chiropractor’s Lay Partnership Group.
